  • On our last day in Napa/Sonoma, we took a scenic drive over and through the mountain to the shops in St. Helena.  There were three that we were just over the top excited about.  The first shop we visited, was Vintage Home.  The exterior was beautiful brick with heavy white moldings and they accented it with a large clock…we were immediately intrigued!  It was an eclectic mix of new and old carefully selected items.  Think Curious Sofa with pops of color.  Just a dream!

Wouldn’t a vintage baguette board be a great kitchen accent whether hung on the wall or above cabinetry?
We also visited St. Helena Olive Oil Company.  The perfect store for gift giving, even if it is to yourself!  The styling of the store was impeccable and each item was charmingly packaged.  I wanted one {okay, maybe two} of everything there!
The canvas tote above would make a great welcome gift bag that guests could later use for groceries!
Gifts were wrapped in burlap and sealed with lavender…doesn’t that make a beautiful wedding, birthday or shower theme?

I could go on and on!  Oh, and they incorporated antique furniture and mason jars.
Finally, we came upon Pennyweight, my husband’s delight!  They carried an array of writing instruments, but most importantly {to me} carefully selected stationary and accents.  This is where I fell in love.  This is where I found my perfect wallet, the one I have been seeking for years.  Unfortunately, it came with a price tag of $245.  No magnets, a coin purse in the back and in jasper blue, oh my!
For now, I will only have it in Pinterest.  I hope you have enjoyed the chronicles of our trip as much as I have enjoyed sharing them!
