Baby Gift Idea

  • When giving gifts, I like to incorporate some of my favorite things {click here for more of my thoughts on that}.  That doesn’t always mean the gift is really cohesive, but really thoughtful.  If you’re grouping together items for a gift, consider a basket or a jar to present them.  It pulls the gift together in and makes it presentable.  I’m sure to be sharing a lot of baby gifts this year as several friends and family members grow their families.
Below, I purchased a few of my favorite things:
a hooded baby towel – these are great to snuggle baby up after bath for the first two years
a favorite book that also serves as a card – “My Mommy and I” by PK Hallinan is a favorite for Adalyn and I
a first kit – this one includes a place for the first tooth, curl, hospital bracelet and my favorite, a handprint kit

This handprint kit is plaster and ink free – it’s the easiest kit i found.  To see the final result of the handprint kit, click here for Adalyn’s.  Aniston also has one.

What are your favorite baby items?  I can’t wait to share the gift I have waiting for our new nephew!  For more gift ideas, please click here.
