White Wine Vinaigrette

I wasn’t anticipating sharing my simple salad made with remnants of what we had in our refrigerator with you, but it turned out to be so amazing I couldn’t resist.  So please, pardon the iPhone photo.  
I am not one to use a bottle of salad dressing…they never seem to taste right and well, I always have the staple ingredients to make my own.  This recipe is so quick and really does give any salad, even one made of refrigerator leftovers a restaurant like appeal. 
1/3 c olive oil
1/3 c white wine vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
couple cracks of pepper
Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid, shake vigorously and toss into your salad!
