Chris loves spaghetti with meatballs, but I wanted to mix it up a little bit. I saw a Campbell’s marsala skillet sauce and thought it would be an interesting combination to try, so there it began – marsala meatballs. They are so quick and easy, making it a great appetizer or 10 minute {hands on} dinner. I’ll show you just how easy it is…

Recipe type: dinner or appetizer
Serves: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ⅓ c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • pepper
  • 2 bags Campbell's marsala skillet sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and pepper well.
  3. Roll into 2 inch balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes. Check on the meatballs for desired doneness.
  4. Meanwhile, in a large skillet on medium low, warm skillet sauce.
  5. Add meatballs and cover with lid. Allow to marinate on low 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve over a bed of pasta or as an appetizer!
